Outside of the city, far from the noise and the crowds, our holiday accommodations offer a peaceful and relaxing vacation for people who love nature.

The two self-contained country houses are somewhat separated from each other, positioned to the right and left of the pool. Therefore, they provide ideal accommodations for a family or a group of friends wishing to spend a holiday together while still maintaining some privacy. They were newly built and provide all the necessary modern comfort and convenience, including electricity and hot water supplied by solar panels.

The sun deck around your private 20m² pool affords a breathtaking panoramic view over the mountainous landscape and the sea bay. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and has a metal ladder to facilitate entry. It can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky.

 

The outdoor kitchen with a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy long, relaxing meals outdoors. The 10,000 m² private property is lined with fig trees, which you can help yourself from. The same applies to the charmingly planted little vegetable garden.

One country house has two bedrooms, and the other has one bedroom. Each provides a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a daylight bathroom.

The living rooms have a rustic wooden dining table, as well as a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with satellite channels.

 

Big, open fireplace stoves enhance the homely atmosphere and provide cozy warmth on cooler evenings. The first house is air-conditioned.

The modern built-in kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

 

​The bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. The larger of the houses has a double bed measuring 170 x 200cm in one of the bedrooms and a bunk bed (90 x 200cm) in the other.

The bedroom in the second natural stone house has another double bed. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the two villas can be used free of charge.

​You will need a car and there are secure parking spaces in front of the houses. The holiday homes can be easily reached by car, though part of the way is a gravel path. Natural stone houses are 1 km from the nearest beach with crystal-clear water. The center of the little harbor town of Sumartin, with its range of shops, colorful markets, and good gastronomy, is about 3 km away.

 

Despite the romantic and secluded location, you are not completely isolated. The owner lives nearby and can always be contacted by telephone to assist with any queries.
